1. Formatting Your Manuscript:
- Please carefully read the EPITS 2024 Author Guidelines document to ensure that your manuscript adheres to the formatting requirements.
- Use the provided Manuscript Template for preparing your submission. This template is designed to streamline the formatting process.
- Every submitted manuscript should not be exceeded than 8 pages in length (including 2 figures)
2. Completing the Copyright Form:
- All authors must complete and sign the Springer Copyright Agreement Form. This form grants permission to publish and distribute your work in the conference proceedings.
3. Uploading Your Submission:
- Once your manuscript is ready and the copyright form is signed, proceed to the online submission link here: https://forms.gle/Hcm44JoZtMhjqavH7
- Upload your manuscript and the completed copyright form according to the instructions provided on the submission Google Form.
Third-Party Material Permissions:
If your manuscript includes third-party material (e.g., images, figures, or excerpts), it is your responsibility to obtain permission for their use. Visit the rights holder's website or utilize the Copyright Clearance Center Marketplace to secure the necessary permissions.
Submission Deadline:
Please submit your completed manuscript and signed copyright agreement by the specified deadline. Late submissions may not be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
